Since its founding in 1986 by Ante (Tony) Bulat, Bulat Homes has built a solid reputation for its dedication to excellence and client satisfaction. It began as an addition to the other construction companies beneath the Bulat umbrella of businesses; building 2 homes in its first year. During this time, Bulat Homes has grown to become a well-respected and established builder of the National Capital Region. We have remained a family run business.
Our achievements are demonstrated through the single family custom homes we build in the Stittsville and Kanata areas. Each new home is consistent in its dedication to quality craftsmanship, solid construction, well thought out floor layouts and timeless designs.
